Before you book
Things worth knowing
No surprises at pickup. These are the only situations where the price changes from what's published, and we'll always tell you before we start.
Inspection on arrival. Every vehicle is looked over before work starts. Heavily soiled interiors may carry a heavy cleaning fee, quoted before we begin.
Excessive animal hair carries a 100% surcharge. Embedded pet hair can double the labour on an interior. Mention it when you book and we'll quote it properly.
Interior shampooing needs overnight drying. Carpets and upholstery hold moisture. Leaving the vehicle overnight is the difference between clean and clean-and-dry.
Model year 2017 and newer. As of January 1, 2026 we book cleaning and detailing for 2017 and newer vehicles. Correction, coating and corrosion work on older vehicles can still be quoted — just call.

How much does a full car detail cost in Guelph?
A full interior and exterior detail starts at $389.99 for a car with the Wash, Wax & Interior Shampoo package.
Pro Clean, which adds engine bay detailing and truck bed clean-up, is $449.99 for a car, $489.99 for an SUV or truck and $529.99 for a van. The Royal Treatment tops out the range at $589.99 for a car.
How long does a car detail take?
A decontamination wash is about a half day. Pro Clean is a full day. The Royal Treatment is a multi-day booking.
Anything involving interior shampooing should stay overnight — carpets and upholstery need time to dry, and rushing that is how interiors end up smelling damp.
What exactly is a decontamination wash?
Much more than a wash. It includes wheels and wheel wells, bug and tar removal, and an iron and industrial fallout dissolver that chemically pulls embedded brake dust and rail dust out of the clear coat.
Then a clay bar lifts whatever's still bonded to the surface, the car is blow dried to avoid water spotting, and a paint sealant goes on. Run your hand over the paint afterwards — the difference in texture is the whole point.
Do you charge extra for pet hair?
Yes — vehicles with excessive animal hair carry a 100% surcharge. It isn't a penalty, it's arithmetic: pulling embedded hair out of carpet and upholstery genuinely doubles the labour on an interior.
Tell us when you book and we'll quote it accurately rather than surprising you at pickup.
Should I get a detail or paint correction?
If the paint is dull, contaminated or hasn't been properly cleaned in years, start with detailing — the Pro Clean or Royal Treatment.
If the paint is clean but you can see fine spider-web scratches in sunlight, that's swirl damage in the clear coat and no amount of washing or waxing will remove it. That needs machine paint correction.
Do you detail cars from outside Guelph?
Regularly. The shop is at 775 Woodlawn Rd W, Unit 4, minutes from the Hanlon, and clients drive in from Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, Milton, Rockwood, Fergus, Elora, Erin, Acton, Georgetown, Puslinch, Burlington and Oakville.
